| 针刺推拿治疗紧张性头痛临床研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 将110例紧张性头痛患者随机分为针推组50例，采用针刺结合推拿治疗，针刺组30例，单纯采用针刺治疗；推拿组30例，单纯采用推拿治疗。治疗结果显示：针推组痊愈率46％，有效率100％，优于针刺组（26．7％，80％）和推拿组（23．3％，76．7％），差异有显著意义（X2＝15。26，P＜0．05），并就针刺推拿治疗紧张性头痛的机理进行了探讨，说明针刺结合推拿是治疗紧张性头痛的很好方法。 |

| Abstract: | One hundred and ten cases were invided into three groups:group 1,group 2,and group 3.Group 1 received the treatment of acupuncture combined with Chinese massage,group 2 received only acupuncture and group 3 received only Chinese massage.The number of three groups was 50,30,30 respectively.The cure rate and effective rate of group 1 were 46% and 100% respectively,higher than those of group 2(26.7%,80%) and group 3(23.3%,76.7%),the differences were significant (X2=15.26,P<0.05).The results show that the treatment of acupuncture combined with Chinese massage is a good method for tension headache. |
