鸡致病性大肠埃希氏菌的感染试验

摘    要:致病大肠杆菌E_(co2)F_3菌株经普通肉汤培养后,按每毫升活菌稀释成1亿、3亿、7.5亿、15亿,分别给予3~4周龄雏鸡经口滴入,试鸡脏器细菌分离率,与滴入细菌浓度成正比。对每只鸡以1亿个活菌经口滴入感染,肝、脾、肺、肾病变出现明显的规律,其中肝、脾较严重。

Abstract:After the Pathogenic E. coli Eco2F3 were cultured in broth,they were diluted into 108 cell/ml,3x 108 cell/ml,7.5x108cell/ml,and 15x108cell/ml. Separately dropped in the mouth of young chicken (3~ 4weeks age). The bacteria separation rate of experimental chicken viscera was a direct proportion with dropped bacteria concentration. Dropped 1-2drop(108cell/ml) in the mouth of each infection chicken,the results showed the pathological changes of liver,spleen,lung and kidney appeared the obvious regularity,the infection of liver and spleen were more serious.
