| 摘 要： | 目的:检测大肠癌中CD34的表达,探讨其在大肠癌发生、发展及转移中的作用.方法:应用流式细胞术检测80例大肠癌标本中CD34的表达.结果:CD34在大肠癌组织中的表达量明显高于正常大肠粘膜(P＜0.01);不同Dukes分期之间、不同分化程度大肠癌组织之间CD34的表达差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05-0.01).结论:大肠癌中有血管形成,CD34可能是判断病人预后的指标.

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the expression of CD34 and investigate its' relations in Pathogenesis,development and metastasis of cancer of colon.Methods: Flow cytometry(FCM) was used to detect the expression of CD34 in 80 cases cancer of colon.Results: The expression of CD34 in cancer of colon was obviously higher than normal tissue(P<0.01);the expression of CD34 was significantly associated with Dukes stages,and differentitated degree(P<0.05-0.01).Conclusions: There has angiogenesis in cancer of colon,and the expression of CD34 may be a significant prognostic indicator. |
