2007年延安市健康人群麻疹抗体水平监测分析

目的了解延安市健康人群麻疹免疫状况,有针对性地开展麻疹疫苗的预防接种。方法随机抽样确定宝塔区、志丹县健康人群506名,分为1岁、1～2岁、3～4岁、5～6岁、7～14岁、15～19岁、≥20岁7个年龄组,每组随机抽取不少于50人,采集血清;用ELISA法检测人群血清中麻疹IgG抗体水平。结果人群麻疹IgG抗体GMT为1∶611.89,阳性率77.27%,1岁最低,GMT为1∶181.16,阳性率44%,1～2岁较高,GMT为1∶910.10,阳性率81.13%,1～6岁随着年龄的增长GMT和阳性率呈下降趋势,7岁以上GMT和阳性率明显增高。结论延安市健康人群的麻疹IgG抗体水平比较高;6岁以前随着年龄的增长,易感人群有增加趋势,局部仍有麻疹暴发的可能,关注6岁儿童特别是流动儿童的麻疹疫苗接种工作,必要时开展麻疹疫苗强化免疫。

Surveillance of Antibody Level of Measles Among Healthy Population in Yan'an,2007

Objective To find out the measles immunization status of healthy population in Yan＇an,and conduct targeted measles vaccination.Methods A total of 506 healthy people were selected by random sampling in Baota distrct and Zhidan county and were divide into 7 age groups of 〈1 years,1-2 years,3-4 years,5-6 years,7-14 years,15-19 years and ≥20 years.More than 50 people were selected in each age group to take blood samples for the detection of IgG by ELISA.Results The GMT of IgG of measles in the population was 1∶611.89,the positive rate was 77.27%.The GMT in age group of〉 1 years was lowest（1∶181.16）,and the positive rate was 44%.The GMT in age group of 1-2 years was high（1∶910.10）,and the positive rate was 81.13%.The GMT and positive rate in age group of 1-6 years declined with the increase of age obviously and the GMT and positive rate in age group of〉 7 years increased with the increase of age obviously.Conclusion The antibody level of measles was high among the healthy population in Yan＇an.The proportion of susceptible children increased with the age in age group of 1-6 years,the potential of local outbreak of measles still exist.It is suggested to pay close attention to the measles vaccination among the children less than 6 years,especially among the children in floating population,and conduct supplementary immunization activity when it is necessary.
