127例高龄髋部骨折的治疗体会

目的总结高龄（≥70岁）髋部骨折的治疗体会。方法 127例高龄（≥70岁）髋部骨折患者均采用手术治疗,并对其临床资料及治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果无术中术后死亡,术后发生并发症12例,发生率为9.45%。术后随访9～36个月,参照Harris髋关节功能评价标准,股骨颈骨折术后得分为55～90分,平均79.36分;粗隆间骨折术后得分为65～93分,平均85.57分。1例行髋翻修手术。所有病人均未出现骨不连及髋内翻畸形。结论恰当的围手术期准备,正确的手术方式、麻醉的选择以及积极的术后并发症预防,是手术治疗高龄老年人髋部骨折成功的关键。

Treatment of hip fracture of the aged
