某区域三级医院管理群体对临床营养支持的认知调查研究

现代医疗的观念——临床营养与治疗、护理是共同构成寻求最佳疗效的三大支柱。临床营养的应用已从最初的外科系统逐步扩大到临床各个学科。国外应用和研究已非常成熟，但我国严重滞后，其中可能在基础教育、管理、医疗费用支付、规范化应用方面存在许多问题。作者通过此项研究，目的在于分析影响管理群体临床营养支持认知及临床营养发展的因素；探讨医院管理群体对临床营养支持的认知与临床营养发展之间的关系。为医学院校开设临床营养基础课程、医院建立规范的临床营养支持组织、卫生管理部门对临床营养支持给予舆论及政策支持提供参考依据。

Study on Cognitive Investigation on Clinical Nutrition Support by Management Group in Hospitals of the Third Level in a Region

In modern medical treatment,the clinical application of nutrition extends gradually from original surgical system to each clinical department.The application and study on clinical nutrition in foreign countries are quite mature while in our country,it is seriously retarded and there are many problems existing in basic education,management,the payment of medical expenses,the standardized application and so on.In order to promote the overall development in clinical nutrition support,the writers made the relevant investigation and the analysis on the cognition of clinical nutrition support of the management group in the 6 hospitals of the third level in a region.
