| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PFN治疗不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的临床应用价值。方法采用PFN治疗不稳定性股骨转子间骨折37例,全部病例获得随访,并进行回顾性分析。结果 37例行PFN治疗的老年股骨转子间骨折患者,获10～24个月随访,平均16个月,全部骨性愈合,无螺钉松动、断裂及明显切割,优良率91.8%。结论 PFN治疗不稳定性股骨转子间骨折,能使患者术后早期活动,减少并发症和死亡率,是治疗不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical application value of proximal femoral nail(PFN) on the unstable intertrochanteric fracture.Methods There were 37 patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture treated by PFN.All cases were followed up and studied by retrospectively reviewing.Results 37 patients treated by PFN got bone union and no screw-loose,screw-broken or clear cutting.The effective rate was 91.8%.Conclusion PFN is an effective therapy for unstable intertrochanteric fracture,which is good for pat... |
