| 摘 要： | 目的观察前路钉棒系统内固定手术治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法对20例胸腰椎爆裂骨折伴椎管狭窄合并双下肢全瘫或不全瘫患者进行经前路切开复位椎体次全切钛网植骨融合钉棒系统内固定＋椎管探查减压手术治疗。结果本组病例术后复查X片及CT均复位满意,椎管减压彻底;随访时间最长两年,最短八个月,植骨均已融合,无断钉松动等并发症,脊髓及神经损伤均有不同程度的恢复。结论前路钉棒系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折固定牢固,减压彻底,疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical effect of anterior screw-rod system for treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture.Methods 20 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral bursting fracture with spinal canal stenosis and BLE pamplegia or paresis were treated by anterior spinal canal decompression bone grafting associated with titanium mesh fusing internal fixation using anterior screw-rod system.Results In this group,the X-ray and CT was excellent,spinal canal decompressed drastically.After 8 months to 2 years... |
