髌下切口髓内钉治疗骨干型浮膝

目的探讨髌下切口髓内钉治疗骨干型浮膝的方法和疗效。方法 19例创伤性浮膝患者采用膝部髌下切口股骨逆行及胫骨顺行交锁髓内钉固定治疗,早期进行功能锻炼,评价疗效。结果全部获随访10～24个月,平均15个月。18例获骨性愈合,时间3～6个月,平均4个月;1例胫骨远端骨折顺行钉出现骨不连,经静力型改动力型固定后,获骨性愈合;1例膝关节活动30°～90°。采用Karlstrom和Olerud推荐的标准评定优15例,良2例,可1例,差1例,优良率89.5%。结论髌下切口交锁髓内钉治疗浮膝具有损伤小、稳定性好、出血少等优点,是治疗骨干型浮膝一种行之有效方法。
