| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三维重建技术在肝癌介入诊疗中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析125例行肝动脉旋转DSA造影的肝癌病例的造影图像以及手术用时、对比剂用量和曝光剂量。结果三维重建技术能清晰的展示靶血管的解剖情况,使超选择性插管准确而便捷,手术用时、对比剂用量和曝光剂量不会明显增加。结论三维重建技术能明显提高肝癌介入诊疗的质量,在有条件的医院,可常规应用于肝癌的介入诊疗。
