| 摘 要： | 目的观察沙利度胺治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法选择在我院口腔科门诊就诊的50例复发性口腔溃疡患者,随机分为治疗组25例服用沙利度胺片剂,对照组25例给予常规治疗,两组患者年龄,性别,病程等方面具有可比性。根据＂复发性口腔溃疡的疗效标准＂综合评价其疗效。结果沙利度胺治疗复发性口腔溃疡短期疗效的总有效率为84%,对照组总有效率64%,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论沙利度胺治疗复发性口腔溃疡短期临床疗效满意,副作用轻微。
