中老年脂肪肝患者96例血脂及血糖情况临床分析

目的探讨中老年超声诊断的脂肪肝与血脂、血糖的相关性。方法测定中老年脂肪肝患者96例(观察组)和中老年非脂肪肝健康查体者32例(对照组)的血脂、血糖并进行比较。结果观察组的总胆固醇、甘油三脂、血糖的平均值明显高于对照组。观察组合并甘油三脂、血糖的发病率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.01)。单纯胆固醇增高与脂肪肝的发病率无明显关系。结论脂肪肝的发生与血脂、血糖的增高关系密切,应高度重视。

Clinical analysis of blood fat, sugar in middle and old aged people with fatty liver

Objective To evaluate the relationship between fatty liver diagnosed by ultrasound and blood fat,sugar in middle and old aged people. Methods To examine the blood fat and sugar in 96 cases fatty liver and 32 cases non- fatty liver healthy middle and old aged people (control group) and compare the results. Results The mean level of general cholesterol, triglyceride, blood sugar in fatty liver group are much higher than those in control group.The morbidity of fatty liver complicated with are higher than control group.Statistic analysis confirm this result (P<0.01). No remarkable relationship between the mor- bidity of fatty liver and the single increased cholesterol. Conclusion There is close relationship between the morbidity of fatty liver and the increased blood fat and sugar.
