| 摘 要： | 对３６例闭合性肾损伤患者行手术治疗，保留肾脏者１６例，切肾者２０例，再次手３例，术后并发高血压者２例。分析认为需严格掌握手术指征。术中就仔细，并对肾损伤术后并发症作了分析。 |

| Abstract: | The authors reported 36 cases of closed injury of the kidney treated surgically. Ofthem,kidneys of 16 cases were kept,these of 20 cases were removed. 3 cases needed second operations and 2 cases suffered from complication of hypertension. That surgicalsigns should be mastered and emphasized here. We should search carefully during operation. We also analysed the complications after operation. |
