HIV感染17例的皮肤表现

目的探讨HIV感染者皮肤疾病表现的特点。方法回顾分析2005年1月～2008年1月收治的17例HIV感染患者的临床资料。结果合并带状疱疹1例、尖锐湿疣2例、马尔尼菲青霉病10例、银屑病2例、鱼鳞病样皮疹1例、紫癜样皮疹1例。结论HIV感染者皮肤疾病皮损范围广、临床症状重、病程长、治疗效果差。

Skin Features of HIV Infection in 17 Cases

Objective To investigate characteristics of skin lesions in HIV-infected patients Methods The clinical features of 17 cases of HIV-infected patients from January 2005 to January 2008 were analyzed rospectively. Results The male was predominantly compared with the female(ratio 13 to 4). The patients were 20~45 years old,the average age of 30.5 years old. One case was accompanied with herpes zoster,two cases with condyloma acuminatum,ten cases with penicilliosis marneffei,two cases with psoriasis,one case with ichthyosis,and one case with purpura. Conclusions HIV infections specifically damage CIM lymphocytes and lead to the decline of anti-infection and immune function. Skin lesions was more generalized with heavier clinical symptom ,longer course and the respond poorly to treatment than those without HIV infection.
