静脉联合阴道用药治疗女性生殖道沙眼衣原体感染

摘    要:
目的探讨阴道用药配合静脉药物治疗女性生殖道沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia trichomatis,CT)感染临床效果。方法对确诊为CT生殖道感染的患者200例,随机分成两组,试验组(100例):阿奇霉素0.5静脉点滴Qd连续7d,同时每日阴道深处放置氧氟沙星(0.2)共6d。对照组(100例):阿奇霉素0.5静脉点滴Qd连续10d。结果两组治疗成功率分别为95%、65%,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);两组副反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论阴道用药配合静脉药物治疗女性生殖道CT感染具有协同作用,提高了疗效,缩短了疗程,值得推广。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of vaginal administration plus intravenous therapy in treating Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) infection of female genital tract.Methods Totally 200 patients diagnosed with CT infection of reproductive tract were randomly divided into two groups (each n=100).The patients of experimental group were received administration of intravenous azithromycin with dose of 0.5g/d in 7 days,meanwhile,deeply placed ofloxacin (0.2) in the vagina for 6 days.The patients of control group were treated with intravenous drip of azithromycin (0.5g/d) for 10 days.Results The success rates of experimental group and control group were 95% and 65%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01).No statistically significant difference was found in the side effects between the two groups (P〉0.05).Conclusions Vaginal administration combined with intravenous therapy in treatment CT infection of female reproductive tract has a synergistic effect,which enhances the therapeutic efficacy and shortens the course of treatment.It is worthy to be popularized.
