摘 要: | 测定了21名志愿者6周静力推拿功法训练前后的无氧阈值。结果显示,静力推拿功法训练能提高人体的有氧耐力。

Effect of isometric exercises of Tuina Gongfa on aerobic capacity |

Abstract: | Twenty-one volunteers were tested for anaerobic threshold(AT) before and after isometric exercises of Tuina Gongfa for 6 weeks.The results showed that long-term isometric exercises could improve the aerobic capacity. |
