| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨足三里穴化脓灸对结肠癌患者免疫功能的调节作用。方法:将63例中晚期结肠癌患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组32例。所有患者均给予化疗+扶正抑瘤肠方治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上加用足三里穴化脓灸治疗,观察周期为80 d。检测患者的免疫学指标,评价并比较两组患者的生活质量和化疗的毒副反应。结果:治疗后,对照组患者的CD4+、CD8+T细胞水平均显著降低(P0.05),治疗组患者CD8+T细胞水平显著降低(P0.05),且对照组患者的CD4+、CD8+T细胞水平低于治疗组(P0.05);治疗组患者的转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平显著降低(P0.05),且明显低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后,对照组患者的总体生活质量评分显著降低(P0.05),且显著低于治疗组(P0.05);治疗组患者的躯体疼痛、精神健康维度评分升高(P0.05),对照组患者的躯体疼痛维度评分升高(P0.05),生理机能、总体健康、精力、精神健康维度评分降低(P0.05),且治疗组患者的总体健康、精神健康维度评分显著高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者的白细胞(WBC)水平显著升高(P0.05),且显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:化脓灸足三里穴结合中西医常规疗法治疗中晚期结肠癌患者,能够调节患者的免疫功能,提高患者的生活质量。
