Abstract: | Ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysm is an uncommon condition which has a good prognosis if surgically corrected. However, sometimes making the diagnosis on echocardiography and even cardiac catheterization can be difficult. We describe a case which was diagnosed as ventricular septal defect with aortic regurgitation but, on the table, was found to be a ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysm.
