| 摘 要： | 目的:观察自拟益气活血方治疗慢性心衰的疗效。方法:将45例使用西药强心、利尿、扩血管或抗感染药物治疗基础上加服自拟"益气活血方",治疗3～4周,并与单纯使用西药治疗40例对照。结果:45例总有效率93.33%,高于对照组77.5%。结论:在西药强心、利尿、扩血管基础上加服"益气活血方"治疗慢性心衰疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the efficacyYiqi Huoxue recipe on treating chronic heart failure.Methods：45 cases were treated with modern medicine or anti-infective,on the basis of treatment,plus Yiqi Huoxue recipe,treatment for 3～4 weeks,to compare the effect of 40 cases in control group that treated with modern medicine.Result：The total effective rate of 45 cases was 93.33%,higher than 77.5% in control group.Conclusion：The effect of Yiqi Huoxue plus modern medicine is significant. |
