护理干预对糖尿病病人抑郁焦虑心理的影响

为探讨护理干预对糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁病人心理的影响 ,用Zung氏焦虑抑郁自评量表评估糖尿病病人的精神状况 ,并给予护理干预 :包括糖尿病病人教育、心理护理、感觉护理、药物护理 ,然后比较干预前后的评分值。结果 :糖尿病病人存在明显的焦虑抑郁心理 ,与国内常模相比 ,有显著性差异(P <0 .0 1) ;护理干预后症状明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 )。建议对糖尿病病人应进行常规的、多层次的护理干预

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Improvement of Depression and Anxiety in Diabetes Mellitus Patients

To approach the effect of nursing intervention on diabetes mellitus patients complicated with anxiety and depression. Zung anxiety-depression self-evaluation scale was used to evaluate the psychological status of patients with diabetes mellitus. Patients were also given nursing intervention including education, psychological nursing, sensory nursing, and drug disposal. Results showed that diabetes mellitus patients had marked anxiety-depression mentality (P<0.01). And it was improved remarkably after nursing intervention (P<0.05). Suggested that for diabetes mellitus patients, routine and multiple-leveled nursing intervention should be carried out.
