| 摘 要： | [目的]总结经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)的安全管理措施。[方法]回顾性分析148例PICC置管病人进行安全管理的临床资料。[结果]本组病人并发静脉炎6例,穿刺部位渗血3例,导管阻塞2例,未发生导管感染、移位、脱管、断管等并发症,无病人投诉及护患纠纷。[结论]加强PICC置管的安全管理可有效防范和降低置管风险,避免护患纠纷。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the safety management measures for patients accepting peripherally insertion of central-venous catheterization (PICC). Methods:Clinical data of 148 cases accepting PICC and carried out safety management were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Among this group,six cases had complicated with phlebitis.
