364例口腔癌根治术后并发症的临床分析

目的：分析口腔癌根治术后各种并发症的发生率及相关因素.方法：回顾性分析2005年1月-2011年12月收治的口腔癌患者364例口腔癌根治术后出现并发症的发生率及其相关因素.结果：术后切口感染发生率为7.97％ （29/364）；窦道及瘘管形成发生率4.67％（17/364）；术后术区出血或血肿发生率0.82％ （3/364）；肺炎发生率2.47％（9/364）；应激性溃疡发生率3.02％（11/364）；颈淋巴清扫并发症发生率为14.01％（51/364）；皮瓣修复术并发症发生率为8.52％（31/364）.结论：在口腔癌根治术后应加强对患者的观察和对并发症的预防及合理处置,以期降低术后风险,提高治疗效果.

The complications of 364 cases after radical surgery of oral cancer

Objective：To analyze the complication and related factors postoperative oral cancer.Methods：All 364 cases of patients with oral carcinoma after radical surgery of oral cancer were retrospective reviewed,the incidence of complications and related factors were analysed.Results：The postoperative incision infection rate was 7.97％ （29/364）,the occurrence rate of sinus and fistula formation were 4.67％ （17/364）,the incidence rates of postoperative hemorrhage or hematoma were 0.82％ （3/364）,the incidence of pneumonia was 2.47％ （9/364）,the incidence of stress ulcer was 3.02％ （11/364）,the neck dissection complication rate was 14.01％ （51/364）,the skin flap in the repair of postoperative complication rate was 8.52％ （31/364）.Conclusion：We should pay more attention to the prevention of complications after radical mastectomy in oral cancer,in order to reduce the postoperative risk and improve the efficiency of the treatment.
