| 摘 要： | 随着血液透析技术的成熟和提高,越来越多的尿毒症患者选择了血液透析。由于长期受病痛折磨,加上透析不良反应和并发症,给病人带来身体和精神上的巨大痛苦,大多数患者负性心理严重,影响其生活质量。现对我院就诊的35例病人进行心理分析,以寻找最佳的护理方法,对提高患者的生存质量有所帮助。 |

| Abstract: | With maturity and development of hemodialysis technologies,more and more patients with uremia select hemodialysis. Long affliction of debilitating diseases,adverse reactions and complications of dialysis bring patients a huge physical and mental pain,most patients with a serious negative psychology affecting their quality of life. 35 cases of patients were analyzed in psychology in order to find the best of nursing approaches to help to improve the quality of patients' life. |
