| 摘 要： | 作者就107例胃癌间质反应对其生物学行为的影响作了研究。根据纤维性间质反应形式,把胃癌分作膨胀型、中间型和浸润型;依间质淋巴浆细胞反应程度的差异分为轻、中、重度。结果发现,不同形式的纤维性间质反应对患者预后有极显著影响(P<0.01),间质淋巴-浆细胞反应对患者预后有显著影响(P<0.05),无论纤维性间质还是淋巴-浆细胞反应对淋巴结转移均有显著影响(P<0.05)。因此,我们认为间质反应对胃癌的生物学行为有重要影响。 |

| Abstract: | The effect of stromal reaction on biologic behavior was studied in 1 07 cases of gastric carcinoma. According to the figures of fibrous stromal reaction, the gastric carcinoma was classified into three types, i.e., inflating, medial and infiltrating types. The lymphocyte-plasma cells reaction was divided into light, medial and heavy degrees basing on the infiltrated numbers. The results demonstrated that the fibrous stromal reaction had very significant effect on the prognosis (P<0.01) and the lymphocyte-plasma cells reaction is also significant (P<0.05). Both fibrous stromal reaction and lymphocyte-plasma cells reaction had significant effect on metastasis of lymph nodes. We consider that the relationship between stromal reaction and biologic behavior of gastric carcinoma is very significant. |
