| 摘 要： | 生长抑素及其类似物在消化系统疾病的治疗中应用普遍,用于治疗由食管静脉曲张破裂导致的消化道出血、急慢性胰腺炎、抑制消化道肿瘤细胞的生长等方面。近年来,研究发现生长抑素及其类似物在糖尿病尤其是糖尿病微血管病变中的治疗也有很好的疗效,可以起到预防和治疗作用。因此,该类药物有望成为糖尿病微血管病变治疗的新方法。

| Abstract: | Somatostatin and its analogs are generally used in disease of digestive system,such as digestive tract hemorrhage caused by esophageal vein distention,acute and chronic pancreatitis,and the cell growth inhibition of digestive tract tumor.Recently,investigation has found somatostatin and its analogs have effective preventive and therapeutic functions in diabetes mellitus especially in treating microangiopathy.Therefore,this kind of drugs may become a new method in treating microangiopathy of diabetes mellitus. |
