| 摘 要： | 嗅神经母细胞瘤罕见,本文报道7例(Kadish分期体系:A期1例,B期及C期各3例)手术加术后放疗的结果,平均放疗剂量5942cGy.4例无病生存分别为9、18、19个月和17.5年.3例死亡,生存期分别为6、36和38个月.本文表明A、B期病例以手术加放疗的效果较好.

| Abstract: | Seven patients with olfactory neuroblastoma(Kadish classification : stage A in one case,stage B in3,stage C in 3)were resected and followed by radiotherapy of an average dose of 5942 cGy over 6 weeks. Four of the 7 patients have been living without evidence of recurrence for 9,18, 19 months and 17. 5 years respectively. 3 patients died of recurrent disease in 6,36, 38 months after diagnosis respectively. This study showed that better results were obtained for stage A and B olfactory heuroblastoma treated by surgery plus postoperative radiotherapy. |
