替普瑞酮联合奥美拉唑治疗消化道溃疡再出血的疗效观察

目的：探讨替普瑞酮联合奥美拉唑治疗消化道溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将我院收治的消化道溃疡患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组实施替普瑞酮联合奥美拉唑治疗，对照组仅给予替普瑞酮治疗，比较两组患者的消化道溃疡再出血率、复发情况以及不良反应的发生情况。结果：治疗组的再出血率3％，显著低于对照组23％，治疗组的复发以及不良反应的发生情况也均显著低于对照组，两组比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：奥美拉唑联合替普瑞酮治疗消化道溃疡优于单独给药，值得临床推广。

Explore of the clinical effects of Tepronone combined with omeprazole treatment digestive tract ulcer

Objective： Explore of the clinical effects of Tepronone combined with omeprazole treatment digestive tract ulcer. Methods ： 60 cases of digestive tract ulcer patients divided randomly into treatment group and control group, 30 cases each groups, the treatment group implemented Tepronone combined with omeprazole, the control group applied Tepronone only, compared recurrence of digestive tract ulcer , bleeding rate, and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results： The bleeding rate were 3% of treatment group and 23 % of control group, recurrence of digestive tract ulcer and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the treatment group were signif- icantly lower than the control group, the differences between two groups were significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Tepronone com- bined with omeprazole treatment digestive tract ulcer were siginificant adavantage than Tepronone treatment only.
