吻合血管邻指掌侧皮瓣修复断指皮肤与静脉缺损

目的　探讨伴有指背皮肤和静脉缺损的断指再植的修复方法。方法　切取邻指掌侧带蒂皮瓣 ,解剖指掌侧浅静脉远端 ,18 0°翻转皮瓣覆盖指背皮肤 ,皮瓣中浅静脉远近端分别与指背静脉吻合。结果　本组 2 3例 ,皮瓣与再植手指全部成活 ,皮瓣色泽、弹性接近正常。结论　邻指掌侧皮瓣移植在手指背侧皮肤和静脉缺损的断指再植中应用 ,具有手术简便 ,效果良好等优点

Repair of Skin and Vein Defect Using Neighbour Digital Volor Flap Anastomosed Vessel in Digital Replantation

Objective To introduce a new method for repairing the dorsal skin and vein defect in replantation of severed fingers. Method In the operation ofvolar flap transplantation, the distal and proximal end of volar vein were exposed and dissected carefully under microscope, the flap must be reversed 180 degree to repair the dorsal skin defect of the neighbour finger, and anastomosed the volar vein in the flap and the dorsal vein of the finger. Result 23 flaps and replanted fingers survived, the color and tension of the flaps nearly normal. Conclusion the neighbour digital volar flap have some advantages, such as simple manipulation and usually obtained satisfactory function in repairing the dorsal skin in and vein defect in finger
