| 摘 要： | 目的：改进3，4-亚甲二氧苯丙烯酸的合成工艺。方法：以胡椒醛、丙二酸二乙酯为原料，甲苯为溶剂，在醋酸哌啶的催化下，经过缩合、水解、脱羧合成。结果：新方法合成得到的产品化学结构及理化参数与文献相符。结论：改进后的合成方法具有降低原料成本，减少环境污染，适合工业生产等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the synthesis of 3,4-methylenedioxy phenylpropenoic acid.Methods:Taking 3,4-methylenedioxy benzaldehyde and malonic ester as materials,toluene as solvent,3,4-methylenedioxy phenylpropenoic acid was synthesized by the reactions of condensation,hydrolysis and decarboxylation.Results:The parameters of the product synthesized by new method were coincident with those in literature.Conclusion:The new method can reduce the cost of materials and satisfy the industrial production.Also the pollution of environment is lessened. |
