摘    要:目的:改进3,4-亚甲二氧苯丙烯酸的合成工艺。方法:以胡椒醛、丙二酸二乙酯为原料,甲苯为溶剂,在醋酸哌啶的催化下,经过缩合、水解、脱羧合成。结果:新方法合成得到的产品化学结构及理化参数与文献相符。结论:改进后的合成方法具有降低原料成本,减少环境污染,适合工业生产等优点。

Abstract:Objective:To improve the synthesis of 3,4-methylenedioxy phenylpropenoic acid.Methods:Taking 3,4-methylenedioxy benzaldehyde and malonic ester as materials,toluene as solvent,3,4-methylenedioxy phenylpropenoic acid was synthesized by the reactions of condensation,hydrolysis and decarboxylation.Results:The parameters of the product synthesized by new method were coincident with those in literature.Conclusion:The new method can reduce the cost of materials and satisfy the industrial production.Also the pollution of environment is lessened.
