目的 探讨动态检测基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)1、MMP9在经皮冠脉介入术后再狭窄的意义.方法 对206例经皮冠脉介入(PCI)术后患者进行造影及冠脉血管内超声(IVUS)检查随访,造影证实再狭窄组32例,共38处病变;无再狭窄组174例,共229处病变.测量并比较两组外弹力膜横截面积、斑块面积、最小管腔面积及内膜增生...
