AO支撑钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折

目的探讨手术内固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效.方法对28例手法复位失败的桡骨远端粉碎性骨折(包括Colles骨折、Smith's骨折、Bartons骨折),行切开复位、AO支撑钢板内固定,并进行定期随访.结果均获骨性愈合,无伤口感染、骨不连、内固定断裂脱出等并发症.根据改良Grenand O'Brien临床评定标准综合评定,优20例,良8例.结论对于手法复位失败的桡骨远端粉碎骨折,切开复位、AO支撑钢板内固定能获得满意的治疗效果.

Treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures with angled AO T-plate

Objective: To review the results of comminuted distal radius fractures that treated with open reduction, internal fixation and postoperative mobilization.Methods: 28 comminuted distal radius fractures that failed with closed reduction treated with open reduction, internal fixation and postoperative mobilization. The time of follow up ranged from 6 months to 4 years.Results: All cases obtained bone union, with no complications. According to the modified Green and O'Brien criteria, 20 cases were excellent, 8 were good.Conclusions: The treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures with open reduction and internal fixation, followed with postoperative mobilization, can obtain good result.
