乳腺癌中VEGF-D及HER-2的表达与淋巴道转移的关系

摘    要:目的探讨乳腺癌中血管内皮生长因子D(vascular endothelial growth factor D,VEGF-D)及人表皮生长因子受体-2(human epidermal growth factor receptor2,HER-2)的表达及其与淋巴道转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测80例乳腺癌组织中VEGF及HER-2的表达情况,并分析其与病人临床病理特征的关系。结果 VEGF-D阳性率在淋巴结转移组为84%(42/50),显著高于未淋巴结转移组36%(11/30)(P〈0.01)。HER-2阳性率在淋巴结转移组为76%(38/50),显著高于未淋巴结转移组33.3%(10/30)(P〈0.01)。VEGF-D和HER-2的表达显著相关(P〈0.05)。VEGF-D的表达与年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学分级无关(P〉0.05)。结论 VEGF-D和HER-2的表达与乳腺癌淋巴道转移有关,可能促进乳腺癌淋巴管的生成和增殖。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor D (VEGF-D) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) expression and lymphy vessel metastsis in breast cancer.Methods The VEGF-D and HER-2 expression was examined by immunohistochemistry in 80 patients with breast cancer.Results The positive rate of VEGF-D,84% (42/50) in lymph node metastasis group,was significantly higher than 36% (11/30) in the group without lymph node metastasis (P0.01).The positive rate of HER-2,76% (38/50) in lymph node metastasis group,was significantly higher than 33.3% (10/30) in the group without lymph node metastasis (P0.01).Significant correlation was found between the expression of VEGF-D and HER-2 (P0.05).There was no correlation between VEGF-D expression with age,tumor size and pathology grade (P0.05).Conclusion The expression of VEGF-D and HER-2 is correlated with lymph vessal metastasis and may promote lymph angiogenesis and proliferation in breast cancer.
