捆绑式胰空肠吻合在胰十二指肠切除术中的临床应用

目的探讨捆绑式胰空肠吻合在胰十二指肠切除术中的临床应用的安全可行性。方法回顾分析2000年8月至2008年12月本院胰十二指肠切除术采用彭氏捆绑式胰空肠吻合术47例的临床资料。结果本组47例手术均顺利完成，均无胰肠吻合口漏、胆漏、胃肠吻合口漏。全部患者均痊愈出院。随访38例3-10个月，B超、CT检查胰腺残端附近无积液。结论胰十二指肠切除术中采用捆绑式胰空肠吻合能起到避免吻合口胰漏的发生，是一种安全可行的术式。

The clinic application of Peng's binding pancreaticojejunostomy in pancreaticoduodenectomy

Objective To evaluate the clinical safety and feasibility of the Peng＇ s binding Pancreaticojejunostomy（BPJ） in Panereatieoduodenectomy. Methods A retrospective survey was done with the 47 cases of the BPJ in Panereaticoduodeneetomy in our hospital from Aug 2000 to Dec 2008. Results The BPJ was performed successfully on all 47 patients. No pancreatic leakage, biliary leakage, gastrointestinal leakage occurred and all patients recovered and discharged from hospital. The 38 cases were followed up for 3 - 10 months and ultrasound and CT were used to examine the pancreatic remnant effusion. Conclusion The results indicate that the binding technique can reduce the rate of pancreatic leakage in Pancreaticoduodenectomy and is a safe and feasible technique.
