汽油吸入性肺炎31例临床观察与治疗体会

为进一步认识汽油吸入性肺炎的发生发展过程，给临床诊治提供依据。根据我们对31例汽油吸入性肺炎的临床观察，提出了本病的临床分期救治的体会，讨论了本病的治疗措施，并指出胸膜炎及肺脓疡是促使本病加重的主要并发症。

Clinical observation and treatment of 31 cases of petrol inhalation pneumonia

In order to recognize the developing process of petrol inhalation pneumonia and to propose the basis of clinical diagnosis and treatment. We have observed the clinical changes of 31 petrol inhalation pneumonia patients. In this article,the stage division of this disease was suggested ; the measures and experience of treatment were discused and summariged. We find that pleuritis and pulmonary abscess are the major complica-tions to make this disease worse.
