阑尾间置重建胆道手术治疗胆总管囊肿及其疗效观察

介绍阑尾间置重建胆道手术治疗先天性胆总管囊肿７例。年龄１～７岁，手术经过顺利，术后恢复满意。随访１２～３６个月，所有患儿生长发育正常，无发热、黄疸、腹痛等上行性感染并发症。术后Ｂ超检查，提示肝内胆管无扩张。其中３例接受了单光子发射型计算机断层扫描机（ＳＰＥＣＴ）扫描，显示肝脏胆汁分泌功能正常，排泄通畅。并结合文献重点讨论这种新手术方法的依据、指征、要点及优点。

Reconstruction of Bile-duct with Pedicled Appendix for Treatment of Congenital Choledochal Cyst and Observation of the Therapeutic Effect

In this paper a new operation for treating congenital choledochal cyst(CCC)is introduced, the techniques of which include resection of cyst and reconstruction of bile duct with vascular pedicled appendix. Seven children underwent this operation. The procedure and rehabilitation course went on smoothly. The follow-up period is 12 to 36 months after operation. The children all grew and developed normally, and there were no abdominal pain, jaundice, fever and so on(the manifestations of ascending cholangitis after operation).Postoperative ultrasound examination revealed that the intrahepatic bile duct was not dilated. Three of the seven cases received SPECT scanning, demonstrating good excretion of bile juice and excellent bile drainage. This paper also presents a discussion of the basis, indications, key steps and advantages of this new method of operation.
