| 摘 要： | 目的：观察川芎嗪及能量合剂分别联合高压氧对突发性耳聋的治疗效果。方法：突发性耳聋60例分成川芎嗪组30例，能量合剂组30例。两组均联合配合高压氧治疗。结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为89．2％和69．7％（P〈O．05o结论：川芎嗪联合高压氧是一种治疗突发性耳聋的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： The objective in this paper is to observe the curative effects of ligustrazine and energy mixture, respectively,together with hyperbaric oxygen to treat sudden deafness.Methods： 60 sudden deafness are divided into two groups, each contains 30 patients and ligstrazine group is therapeutic group. Two groups are treated by ligustrazine and energy mixture, respectively, together with heperbaric oxygen. Results：The cure rate of therapeutic group is 89.2% and the cure rate of compared group 69.7%. Conclusion： Ligustrazine together with hyperbaric oxygen is an effective method to cure sudden deafness. |
