切开复位内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折

目的 探讨应用切开复位内固定治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法自2007～2008年，作者采用切开复位双钢板内固定方法治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折18例20侧，骨折类型按A0分型B2型4侧，B3型5侧，C1型4侧，C2型3侧，C3型4侧。均为闭合性骨折。结果所有患者均得到随访，平均随访13个月（10～22个月）。腕关节功能评价按Sarmiento标准进行评定：切开复位双钢板内固定治疗组优良率为85％。结论对于不稳定性桡骨远端骨折的治疗，切开复位双钢板内固定的疗效十分显著。

Open reduction and internal fixation for unstable fracture of distal radiu

Objective To explore the curative effect of applying open reduction with two plate internal fixation for unstable fractures of distal radius. Methods From 2007 to 2008,our hospital apply open reduction with internal fixation to treat unstable fractures of distal radius, there are 18 side of 20 example.According to the AO classification of fracture, 4 side of type B2, 5 side of type B3, 4 side of type C1,3 side of type C2, 4 side of type C3, they are all closed fractures. Results All the patients were followed up for an average of 13 （10 to 22） months.According to the standard of Sarmiento to evaluate the functional evaluation of wrist joint：the excellent and good rate was 85% in open reduction with two plate internal fixation. Conclusion With regard to the therapy of unstable fractures of distal radius, the therapeutic effect was extremely significant in open reduction with two plate internal fixation.
