摘    要:
目的:探索中药复方制剂“健心佳”不同时间窗干预对阿霉素诱导的大鼠心衰的影响,以探求中医药对早期心衰干预的动物实验途径。方法:用阿霉素腹腔注射诱导的大鼠心衰模型,分别从建模后2周和建模后6周予“健心佳”干预,第10周观察死亡率、心肌病理改变、心功能、ET、ANP、ATⅡ。结果:“健心佳”早期干预的大鼠存活率80%,较晚期干预组55%和模型组43%有显著差异(P〈0.05);心功能和血浆ANP、ATⅡ等指标的改善有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论:“健心佳”早期干预较晚期干预可提高心衰大鼠的存活率。更有利于对心肌收缩性能和心脏舒张功能的改善以及对神经内分泌过度激活的抑制。

Abstract:
Objective : To explore the effect of rats with heart failure the by Jianxinjia interfered at different time window. To discuss the channel of animal experiment of early heart failure by traditional Chinese medicine interfered. Methods: the rat models with heart failure induced by intraperitoneal injection of adriamyein were given Jianxinjia after 2 weeks and 6 weeks for intervention. Then observed the death rate, pathology changes of cardiac muscle, heart function, and AT Ⅱ at the 10th week. Results: The survival rate of the early intervention group by Jiangxinjia was 80%, and the advanced stage intervention group was 55%, the model group was 43%. There were significant differences (P〈0.05). The changes of indexes of heart function, ANP, AT Ⅱ in the blood had significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The survival rate would be increased by early intervention, and is better than advanced stage intervention. It also could improve the cardiac contractility and cardiac diastolic function, and restraint the over activation of neuroendocrine.
