| 摘 要： | 目的探讨严重腹部刀刺伤的诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析我院2005年1月至2008年12月收治的191例严重腹部刀刺伤患者的临床资料。结果本组治愈181例，死亡10例。结论休克、腹腔脏器外脱、腹痛、腹膜炎体征、诊断性腹穿阳性是手术指征。复杂性刀刺伤及时行影像学检查有助于病情诊治。术中仔细探查腹腔脏器是腹部刀刺伤诊治的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal stab wounds. Methods The clinical data of 191 cases of severe abdominal stab wounds during Jan 2005 to Dec 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results One hundred and eighty-one patients with penetrating abdominal injury received emergency operation.There was ten death. Conclusion lapse of organ,abdominal pain with peritoneal irritation sign and positive abdominocentesis are all signs of surgical operations. Imaging is beneficial to serious abdominal stab wounds.The abdominal exploration should be done carefully. |
