辨证分期治疗过敏性紫癜的临床研究

 目的 观察以活血化瘀法辨证分期治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效.方法 298例过敏性紫癜患者按西医诊断各型分别随机分为两组:治疗组(149例)采用中医辨证分期紫癜清片治疗;对照组(149例),用泼尼松、维生素C治疗.两组均经两个疗程(28 d)治疗.观察两组治疗前后变形红细胞计数(Tk)、全血粘度(ηb)、便潜血平均消失时间.结果 总有效率治疗组为96%,对照组为80.5%,便潜血平均消失时间治疗组9.8 d,对照组18 d.两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 应用辨证分期活血化瘀法,自拟紫癜清片(汤)治疗过敏紫癜疗效肯定.

Treatment of allergic purpura by traditional Chinese medicine

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on allergic purpura.Methods Two hundreds and ninety eight patients with allergic purprua were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=149) was given traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood flow to remove blood stasis.The control group(n=149) was treated with prednisone and vitamin C.The therapeutic course for both groups was four weeks.Changes in clinical symptoms,average disappearance time of occult blood,deformed red cell count and blood viscosity in two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 96% and 80.5%,respectively,and the average disappearance times of occult blood were 9.8 days and 18 days,respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups in deformed red cell count,blood viscosity,and average disappearance time of occult blood(P<0.01).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has definite efficacy against allergic purpura.
