| 摘 要： | 目的探讨瘦素及其受体在胃癌发生、浸润和转移中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测瘦素及其受体在18例正常胃粘膜、60例胃癌组织中的表达情况。结果瘦素,瘦素受体表达胃癌组织中高于正常胃粘膜,进展期高于早期胃癌,其表达与组织学分级、淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关（P〈0.05）,与年龄、性别无关（P〉0.05）。结论瘦素及其受体与胃癌的发生发展、浸润和转移密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of leptin and leptin receptor in gastric carcinoma and investigate their role in carciagenesis and development of gastric carcinoma.Methods The positive expression of leptin and leptin receptor protein were detected in 18 cases of normal gastricmucosa,60 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues by lmmunohistochemistry（Sreptacidin/peroxidase SP）.Results The positive expression of leptin and leptin receptor were correlated with the histologic stage,lymph node metastasis and the TNM stage（P0.05）,not correlated with gender and age（P0.05）.Conclusion Leptin and leptin receptor should contribute to the carciagenesis and development of gastric carcinoma. |
