| 摘 要： | 报告１例４３岁女性，２年前以镍铬合金做固定义齿，半年后掌跖起脓疱，进行性加重。镍、铬斑贴试验阳性。拆除义齿，对症治疗，病情痊愈，随访１年未复发。

| Abstract: | A 43 years old female patient with fixed nichrome denture. Half year later,there are pustules developed over the palm and plant arareas, and gradually progress. Patch test of both of the nickel and chrome are all positive. After removed the nichrome denture, the pustules disappeared and disease no relapse after one year followed up. |
