| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清中超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测在儿童细菌性感染疾病中的诊断价值。方法(1)用OLYMPUS AU2700全自动生化仪检测148例细菌性感染患儿(观察组)及55例健康儿(对照组)的hs-CRP含量。(2)用拜耳AD-VIA2120全自动血细胞仪对上述148例细菌性感染患儿及55例健康儿进行白细胞计数。(3)将以上两种方法做统计学比较。结果观察组各种感染性疾病的hs-CRP检测值均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),148例细菌性感染患儿中,hs-CRP阳性143例,阳性率96.6%;白细胞水平升高119例,阳性率80.4%,两种检测值阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论hs-CRP检测对儿科细菌性感染疾病的诊断和治疗有一定的临床应用价值,可作为诊断小儿细菌性感染和观察疗效的敏感指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of determination of hypersensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） in paediatric bacterial infectious diseases. Method 148 cases of bacterial infection （observation group） and 55 eases of healthy children（ control group） were enrolled in the study. Serum concentration of hs- CRP was measured with Olympus AU2700 Auomatic Biochemical Analyzer; WBC count was performed with Bayer ADIVA2120 Hematology Analyzer. The results were compared and analyzed between two groups. Results The level of hs-CRP in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.001 ）. In observation group, the positive rate of hs-CRP was 96.6% （143/148）, and 119 cases（80.4% ） have elevated WBC. There was a statistical difference in two positive rates between two groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions hs- CRP is valuable in the diagnosis of bacterial paediatric infectious diseases and may be a sensitive index of di- agnosis and efficacy observation of paediatrie bacterial infections diseases. |
