| 摘 要： | 目的建立用HPLC测定仙桂胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法色谱柱:Kromasil C18(4.6mm×200 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(8∶92)(每1000 mL加三乙胺1 mL);检测波长:210 nm;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;柱温:室温。结果盐酸麻黄碱在0.02~0.20μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程A=3 854194.041 0C-1882.0548,r=0.9996。平均回收率为97.44%(n=5),RSD为1.04%。结论本方法专属性强,结果可靠,重现性好,可有效控制仙桂胶囊的质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective A HPLC method was established for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiangui capsules.Methods Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm)was used and the mobile phase consisted of methonal-0.1%phosphoric(8∶92).The detection wave length was at 210nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 0.02～0.20 μg,A =3 854 194.041 0C-1 882.054 8,r = 0.999 6.The average recovery was 97.44% and RSD was 1.04%.Conclusion The method was simple,sensitive,accurate,and could be used for the quality of Xiangui capluses. |
