丹参注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎临床观察

摘    要:目的观察丹参注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法将73例支原体肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组42例和对照组31例。治疗组给予丹参注射液联合阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗,对照组单纯给予阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗。比较2组的临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为71.4%、97.6%,高于对照组的41.9%、77.4%;不良反应发生率为4.8%,低于对照组的12.9%,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论丹参注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎疗效确切。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of danshen injection combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods 73 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia patients were divided into treatment group (n = 42) and control group (n = 31) . The treatment group was given Danshen injection and azithromycin for treatment,while the control group was given the azithromycin lonely. The clinical effect and incidence of adverse reaction of 2 groups were compared. Results The significant effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were respective 71. 4% and 97. 6% ,which were higher than 41. 9% 、77. 4% of the control group; the incidence of adverse reaction of the treatment group was 4. 8% ,which was lower than 12. 9% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P <0. 05) . Conclusion The effect that treating mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with danshen injection combined with azithromycin is definite.
