叶酸、B族维生素对老年高血压伴同型半胱氨酸升高患者的干预效果分析

目的探讨补充叶酸、B族维生素对伴同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)升高的老年高血压患者的干预效果。方法依据2010年《中国高血压防治指南》,将152例某高校功能社区伴Hcy升高的老年高血压患者分为干预组95例和对照组57例,干预组予以叶酸、B族维生素口服,定期复查血清Hcy;对照组未予以补充叶酸、B族维生素。在此期间,2组均给予规范化降压药物治疗。检测并比较2组治疗前、后血清Hcy的变化。结果干预组治疗后血清Hcy水平低于治疗前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前、后血清Hcy水平无变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于伴Hcy升高的老年高血压患者,予以补充叶酸、B族维生素干预后该指标得到明显改善,对预防心、脑血管突发事件具有一定的积极作用。

Intervention effect analysis of folic acid and vitamin B on elderly hypertensive patients with elevated homocysteine

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of folic acid and vitamin B on elderly hypertensive patients with elevated homocysteine（Hcy） . Methods Based on the 2010＂Chinese Hypertension Prevention Guide＂,we divided the 152 cases with hypertensive patients with elevated Hcy from a university community into intervention groups（95 cases） and control group （57 cases） . The intervention group was offered oral folic acid,B vitamins,as well as periodic review of Hcy; the control group had no supplemental folic acid and B vitamins being provided. In the meanwhile,both groups were given standardized antihypertensive drug for treatment. The change of serum Hcy in both group was detected and compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the serum Hcy level of the intervention group was lower than that before treatment and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P ＆lt; 0. 05） . Before and after the treatment,the serum Hcy level of the control group had no change,and the difference was statistically significant （P ＆gt; 0. 05） . Conclusion The supplementation of Folic acid and B vitamins for elderly hypertensive patients with elevated homocysteine （Hcy） plays a positive role in the prevention of cardiovascular emergencies,their indicators are significantly improved after the intervention.
