HP-lgG阳性对肝硬化高血氨症影响的研究

目的探讨Hp-lgG阳性在肝硬化高血氨症中的意义.方法肝硬化患者50例,对照组为同期住院的非有肠胃病及肝病患者38例,应用酶联免疫吸附试验方法测定两组病例外周血中Hp-lgG抗体及血氨检测仪测定血氨水平.结果肝硬化患者HP-lgG阳性为33例,占66%(33/50),Hp-lgG阴性为17例,占34%(17/50).血氨升高的患者有32例,其中Hp-lgG阳性患者30例,占60%(30/50),Hp-lgG阴性患者2例,占4%(2/50).对照组有8例Hp-lgG阳性,阳性率21%(8/38),无一例出现血氨升高.结论肝硬化患者Hp感染率高可能是引起高血氨症的重要原因.

The Investigation of Effect of HP- lgG (+) to Hyperammonaermia in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

Objective To explore significance of HP- lgG( )in the hyperammonaermia in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods The patient with liver cirrhosis 50 case ,the control group was composed of 38 case including no intestine and liver disease at the same time in hospital, Hp-lgG and blood ammonia were measured by ELISA and blood ammonia appearance respectively. Results There were 33 patients with Hp-lgG( ),the positive rate of is 66(3/50 ),and 17 patients with Hp- lgG (-),the negative rate of is 34%(17/50 ). the patient with hyperammonaermia were 32 case, among 50 patients,there were 30 patients with Hp-lgG( ),the positive rate of is 60%(30/50 ), and and 2 patients with Hp-lgG (-),the negative rate of is 4%(2/50 ). in the control group ,there were 8 patients Hp-lgG( ),the positive rate of is 21%(8/38 ),no the patient with hyperammonaermia .Conclusions HP high infective rate in the patient with cirrhosis may be mainly cause of the hyperammonaermia.
