摘    要:
本项研究将从日本血吸虫感染家兔红细胞上分离、纯化的12kDa和47kDa蛋白分子,分别称为SjR12(虫源性)和SjR47(卵源性)组分抗原,加福氏完全佐剂免疫小鼠,攻击感染后35d、39d和42d时,各组分三批在相同条件下剖杀小鼠的观察结果:获得31.27~31.33%的减虫率和54.95~72.36%的减卵率;SjR12和SjR47组分抗原均能显著地抑制感染小鼠肝内虫卵肉芽肿形成,特别是SjR47组分抗原具有更显著的免疫抑制作用。本项研究尚未见有类似报道,具有理论意义和应用前景。

Abstract:
For observing the protective immunity of 12kDa and 47kDa schistosome fractional proteins named as SiR12(worm origin) and SiR47(egg origin),which were separated nad purified from red blood cells of rabbits infectedwith Schistosoma japonicum,this study used both fractional antigens combined with Freund's complete adjuvantto immunize mice. The results showed that the protective effects were 31.27% to 31.33% in worm reduction and54.95% to 72.36% in egg reduction and also showed that both above-mentioned antigens could inhibit the egggranuloma formation in the liver tissues of infected mice,especially SjR47 fractional protein appeared at 35th to42th day after challenge infection. In order to obtain reliable data,the author repeated the experiments other two'times under the similar conditions. This study is of markedly theoretical and applicable value' There is no similarstudy reported up to now.
