| 摘 要： | 目的：评价胶原酶的硬膜外插管注射对椎间盘突出症的治疗作用和安全性。方法；椎间盘突出症１００例（男性５２例，女性４８例；年龄３８±ｓ１６ａ），在腰椎患病部位的上一个节段作硬膜外穿刺。插管至患病部位注入胶原酶６００～１２００Ｕ，胸椎则在患病部位的下一个节段穿刺、插管、注药。结果：优２８例，良５４例，优良率达８２％。结论：应用胶原酶硬膜外插管注射治疗椎间盘突出症操作简单，安全有效。 |

Collagenase in treating intervertebral disk herniation by epidural catheterization injection in 100 patients |

| Abstract: | AIM: To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety in the treatment of intervertebral disc herniation by epidural catherterization injection of collagenase. METHODS: One hundred patients with intervertebral disc herniation (M 52, F 48; age 38±s 16 a) entered into the trial, 600_1200 U collagenase was injected to the sides of herniation by epidural catherterization. The acupuncture position was above the section of the site of herniation in the lumbar vertebral and below the section of the site of herniation in the thoracic vertebral. RESULTS: The therapeutic effect was excellent in 28 patients and good in 54 patients. The total effective rate reached 82%. CONCLUSION: Collagenase by epidural catheterization injection for treating intervertebral disc herniation is effective, safe and applicable. |
