妇科门诊阴道炎病原体的分布情况及影响因素研究

目的对妇科门诊患者阴道炎发病情况进行了解并分析其相关因素。方法对14398例阴道炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，采用统计学分析方法对检测结果进行处理。结果①外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病与其他两种阴道炎比较比例明显较高，在最近4年所占比例逐渐减小，秋冬两季的检出率明显较高，〈20岁组及20～49岁组检出率均明显较高（P〈0．05）；②细菌性阴道病在最近4年所占比例逐渐增大，春季检出率明显较低，〈20岁及其20～49岁组均明显较高（P〈0．05）；⑧滴虫阴道炎患者在最近4年所占比例逐渐减小；春季检出率较高：各年龄组的检出率进行比较，最高为≥50岁组（P〈0．05）。结论在各种阴道炎中，外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病具有较高的发病率：而生育期年龄是各种阴道炎好发年龄段；不同的季节对阴道炎的发病情况有一定的影响。

Distribution and influencing factors of gynecological clinic vaginitis pathogens

Objective To observe the incidence of vaginitis gynecological clinic for patients and analyze the relevant factors.Methods 14 398 cases of gynecological vaginitis were selected,their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,the result were analyzed with statistical analysis testing process.Results ① The Proportion of Vaginal Candida vaginitis patients was significantly higher,in the last four years,the proportion gradually decreased.The detection rate in autumn and winter were significantly higher.Detection rate of <20 years group and 20-49 age group were significantly higher(P <0.05);② Detection rate of bacterial vaginosis in the last four years was gradually increasing.The detection rate was significantly lower in the spring,detection rate of <20 years old group and 20-49 years old group were significantly higher(P < 0.05);③ The proportion of trichomonas vaginitis in the last four years was gradually decreased;Detection rate of the spring was higher;Detection rate of the ≥ 50 year-old group was highest(P < 0.05).Conclusion In a variety of vaginitis,the vaginal Candida disease with a high incidence of possession;and a variety of reproductive age is the age the age predilection vaginitis;different seasons will have a certain incidence of vaginitis the impact.
